The Royal Institute is a High
School owned by the Hands of Change Association, an Arizona non-profit
corporation (file No. -1130056-0).
The Royal Institute offers a General Equivalency
Diploma or Ged, with full legal authority to do so.
What is a Ged? It is a High School diploma by
examination, a diploma equivalent to a High School graduate's diploma
that can be earned by somebody, usually an adult, who is not a formal
student at a High School.
This exam is given by the educational institute or
High School with the authority vested in its bylaws and charter,
generally as part of the institution's State Incorporation authority or
Religious Affiliation. The General Equivalency
Diploma or Ged offered by the Royal Institute is fully legitimate and
legal, and should not be
confused with the
diplomas offered by diploma mills. The Royal Institute is a real school
with real testing, classes,
and teachers.
There is also another exam offered outside the authority of the
individual educational institute or
High School known as the General Educational Development
or GED®.
The GED is sometimes referred to as a "General
Equivalency Diploma" or "General Education(al) Diploma." These and
other improper references to the "GED" trademark are not authorized by
the American Council on Education, which develops the tests and sets
the rules for their use.
Jurisdictions, not educational institutes or
High Schools, can award a "Certificate [not Diploma] of General Educational
Development" to persons who meet the passing score requirements.
The
Royal Institute does not offer the GED® exam
that is authorized by the American Council on Education, but it
does offer a General Equivalency
Diploma or Ged, and for an additional fee at enrollment, the Royal
Institute can also present your documents to the United States
Department of State for notarising and certifying. This service,
available for an additional fee at enrollment, which ensures that the
Official Seal of the United States Department of State is embossed
directly to your diploma, should leave no question as to the legality
of your diploma.
The Royal Institute, a school with Serial
Number 004011, also enjoys full recognition by the Micronational
Professional Registry (MPR). Moreover, since the Chancellor of this
university
has had direct experience with it, it is also accredited through the
Fifth World Accreditation
Agency (5WAA). The Hands
of Change Association, the association with Serial
Number 006024 which owns the Royal Institute, is also
a member in good standing of the Micronational
Professional Registry (MPR).
